The piston ring group is likely to be used for the hydraulic cylinder of XGC55 crawler crane (such as crane boom luffing cylinder, outrigger cylinder, etc.). Through the precise fit of the piston ring and the cylinder wall, the high-pressure hydraulic oil is sealed to prevent leakage and maintain the pressure stability of the cylinder. Referring to the design of Xugong XGC series hydraulic system, the piston ring adopts wear-resistant material (such as gray cast iron + surface chrome plating), which is suitable for high-pressure conditions of 30-35MPa. Contains multiple piston rings (such as gas ring and oil ring), which are combined to achieve sealing, oil control and heat conduction functions. The surface is hardened (such as nitriding or quenching) to reduce friction loss and adapt to frequent reciprocating motion.
