The connecting rod bushing is used in the connecting rod small head hole of the XGC55 crawler crane engine (such as Cummins QSB6.7 or Shangchai SC7H series), and is matched with the piston pin to form a sliding friction pair. Made of copper-based alloy (such as ZCuSn10Pb1) or ductile iron, the hardness is HB180-220, and the direct metal contact is reduced through the inner lining layer to extend the service life of the connecting rod (the design life is matched with the piston pin, about 8000-10000 hours).
