1 Hydraulic drive core components, the piston likely used in XGC55 crawler crane hydraulic cylinder (such as crane boom luffing cylinder, outrigger cylinder, etc.), through the high pressure hydraulic oil to push the piston movement, to achieve the lifting of the crane arm, crawler dynamic support and so on. Refer to XCMG XGC series hydraulic system design, the piston is made of high strength wear-resistant material (such as alloy steel + surface chrome plating), suitable for high pressure conditions of 30-35MPa.
2 Sealing and wear-resistant design, equipped with multi-layer seals (such as sternseal, O-ring) to prevent hydraulic oil leakage; surface hardening treatment (such as quenching or chemical nickel plating), prolong service life, adapt to frequent reciprocating motion.
